Job summary

Excelitas IMS is seeking a Fall 2026 Industrial Engineering Co-Op located on-site at our Hiram, OH facility. You will work with the Engineering and Production teams to conduct operational reviews, time studies, labor capacity analyses and cost calculations.

The role requires pursuing a BS in Industrial Engineering (preferred) with two years completed, or related Mechanical/Chemical backgrounds. No relocation, visa sponsorship, or benefits; US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Working towards a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering (preferred).
• Mechanical or Chemical engineering background may be considered.
• U.S. work authorization without time restriction; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct operational reviews of product assembly lines, including time studies, labor capacity analysis, and cost calculations.
• Develop or update standard work instructions; support process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives; prepare technical reports and presentations.

This position is forFall of 2026andlocatedinourHiram, OH facility. The ability to work 100% on-site isrequired.
