Job summary

Tekshapers seeks an Industrial Engineer focused on warehouse and distribution operations in Greenfield, WI. The role develops standardized processes across distribution facilities, supporting receiving, packing, shipping, inventory control, and layout optimization.

The candidate will apply lean manufacturing principles and conduct time studies to establish engineered labor standards, driving efficiency and continuous improvement across the distribution network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
• Three or more years of Industrial Engineering, Distribution, Warehouse Operations, or Continuous Improvement experience.
• Experience establishing engineered labor standards and conducting time studies.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Lean Warehousing principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement standardized warehouse processes across distribution operations.
• Support Receiving, Conforming/Repackaging, Packing & Shipping, Inventory Control & Cycle Counting.
• Design and optimize Warehouse Layout & Material Flow to improve efficiency.
• Apply lean methods to reduce waste and improve throughput in warehouse operations.
