The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering with 1–5 years of experience, and possesses project management skills, effective communication, and the ability to multitask in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with 1–5 years of experience, preferably in manufacturing facilities.
• Project management experience.
• Must pass drug and alcohol testing.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be a team player, able to multitask and prioritize accordingly.
• Basic PC knowledge (MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Design layout improvements, upgrading equipment, and optimizing space to maximize productivity of a manufacturing facility.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental regulations and building codes.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors and stakeholders for facility modernization.
• Attend stakeholder meetings and brief updates to stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned.
