Job summary

The position requires a degree in manufacturing/engineering, 2–5 years of experience, ISO quality knowledge, and travel up to 20%. International travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering technology or manufacturing/mechanical engineering.
• Minimum two years leading multiple new product industrialization projects for motor-driven devices.
• Five years exposure to high-volume, customized manufacturing.
• Three years cross-functional product development experience.
• Experience with ISO quality systems and travel up to 20%.
• Knowledge of 3D CAD, FMEA, and design/process reviews.
• Proficient in PC-based PM software and MS Office; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans processes, labor, equipment, and costs for product changes or new concepts.
• Develops tooling concepts and provides specifications to suppliers.
• Ensures equipment readiness and approvals with internal/external customers.
• Coordinates cross-departmental activities to meet project schedules.
• Develops process flowcharts, layouts, and control plans.
• Provides training on new processes and supports reliability studies.
• Maintains documentation per industry quality standards.
