The ideal candidate has a degree in industrial engineering and 2–5 years of production engineering experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD or SolidWorks and ERP/MRP systems. Strong communication and safety mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of industrial engineering experience in production/manufacturing.
• Lean manufacturing, MRP, and ERP experience preferred.
• AutoCAD or SolidWorks experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Organize the layout of the production flow and optimize processes.
• Develop and implement manufacturing standards.
• Plan and assist with projects for the manufacturing team.
• Design workstations, fixtures, and tooling.
• Evaluate ergonomics, efficiency, and safety in workstation design.
• Provide technical support to the manufacturing team.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
