Responsibilities

• Lead capital improvement projects from planning through implementation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Analyze KPIs and manufacturing data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with operations, maintenance, and contractors on facility and equipment projects.
• Develop processes, SOPs, and support new equipment implementations.
