Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related quantitative field.
- Minimum 4 years in industrial engineering with process analysis and simulation.
- Experience with discrete-event simulation software (Arena/AnyLogic).
- Strong data analysis and performance metric development.
- Excellent communication and teamwork in hybrid environments.
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing processes to identify optimization opportunities.
- Develop and validate discrete-event simulation models.
- Run 'what-if' scenarios using simulation tools to test changes.
- Collaborate with operations to collect data and interpret results.
- Prepare reports and presentations with actionable recommendations.
- Support implementation of approved process improvements.
