Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering is required.
• 1+ year of industrial engineering experience preferred.
• Experience with time studies and lean manufacturing methods is desired.

Responsibilities

• Plan, analyze, and optimize equipment layout, workflow, and workstation moves to maximize resource utilization.
• Support coordination with departments to reorganize processes and space allocations.
• Create and maintain master facility drawings and space allocation reports.
• Conduct time studies and support continuous improvement initiatives (kaizen) to reduce waste and cost.
• Assist in pre-production and new launch builds with DFM/A feedback to customers/design teams.
