Job summary

You will act as the project manager and team lead, bridging design engineering and full-scale production to implement cost-effective systems on time and within budget.

The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, managing the project lifecycle, and ensuring milestones are met while adhering to PFMEA/DFMEA standards and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, process engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering or process engineering, with a focus on new product launch.

Responsibilities

• Process Design: Design and develop comprehensive manufacturing processes for new products, ensuring equipment requirements are fully aligned with product specifications and capacity requirements.
• Project Management: Manage the entire project lifecycle, including organizing and leading cross-functional meetings, facilitating technical design reviews, and driving accountability across stakeholders.
• Capacity Planning: Analyze and determine capacity requirements, ensuring alignment with production volume forecasts and efficiency targets.
• New Business quotation: Understand costs associated with manufacturing equipment and labor needed to quote new business opportunities
