Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• CAD software experience required.
• Ability to collaborate with Cost Accounting and Plant Leadership.
• Strong time management in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements process efficiency measurements and tracking methodology.
• Develops, analyzes and maintains capacity planning.
• Evaluates product flow times and develops/implements improvement plans.
• Participates in RFQ process data analysis.
• Leads in new project implementation teams as needed.
• Plans and Controls Manufacturing Systems.
