Responsibilities

• Evaluate current manufacturing practices, manage production schedules, and improve efficiency and quality.
• Enforce quality control to reduce waste.
• Assist Business System Leaders with projects as needed.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, cost and inventory metrics across areas.
• Participate in root cause and corrective action processes with integrity.
• Support HR initiatives such as engagement activities and career fairs.
• Maintain relationships with peers, customers, clients, partners and stakeholders.
