Job summary

Everforth Apex seeks a Mechanical Engineer/Industrial Analyst to optimize production flows and analyze performance. The role involves on-site support in Redmond, with hands-on time studies, layout design, and data-driven modeling to improve equipment utilization and process efficiency.

The position emphasizes Lean manufacturing, Kaizen events, and cross-functional collaboration with the production team to build performance roadmaps and sustain improvements.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Industrial Engineering or a related field is required.
• 3–7 years of manufacturing or factory experience.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Visio; model and analyze production processes including cycle time, capacity, and OEE.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed work cell layouts to optimize material and people motion.
• Perform time and motion studies and report findings.
• Build and maintain industrial models for labor, cycle time, and capacity.
• Capture, summarize, and report equipment availability and production performance data.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing improvement activities and Kaizen facilitation.
