Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience conducting time studies, labor analysis, line balancing, and workflow optimization.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing Process Improvement: analyze processes to improve productivity, quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Production & Capacity Planning: evaluate capacity and optimize staffing and workflow.
• Manufacturing Support: partner with Manufacturing Engineering to improve processes and support new product introductions.
• Data Analysis: collect and present manufacturing metrics, develop dashboards and reports.
• Documentation & Compliance: maintain standard work, process maps, and documentation; support audits.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with multiple teams to meet production goals and promote continuous improvement.
