Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years in IE/Manufacturing Engineering or related roles.
• Hands-on Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.
• Experience with time studies, line balancing, capacity planning, and process optimization.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis skills; familiarity with Visio/AutoCAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead IE and continuous improvement projects across manufacturing operations.
• Evaluate processes to improve productivity, cost, throughput, and efficiency.
• Conduct time studies, line balancing, value stream mapping, and work-cell optimization.
• Analyze material flow, labor, equipment utilization, WIP, and capacity.
• Develop solutions and business cases; lead implementation with cross-functional teams.
• Support NPI and ramp initiatives and facility expansions.
• Champion Lean methodologies and data-driven problem solving.
