• Analytical, engineering, process improvement, and communication skills are essential.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Mixed Model Value Streams, and Operational Excellence is beneficial; proficiency with data analysis and process mapping tools and ability to manage multiple on-site client projects are expected.
