Job summary

Veev is transforming construction with modular, prefab solutions and a silicon-valley startup mindset. We seek an Industrial Engineer to join a small, agile Manufacturing Engineering team and drive efficiency on the factory floor.

You will own material flow, inventory accuracy, and NetSuite process implementations while collaborating across production, design, and maintenance to scale operations and deliver high-quality housing solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in industrial engineering, warehousing, or manufacturing.
• Proficient with NetSuite WMS/ERP and configuring material workflows.
• CAD proficiency for warehouse/facility layouts.
• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge; Green Belt a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead material flow optimization and warehouse layout initiatives.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with PFEP, Kanban, and cycle counts.
• Implement NetSuite SOPs and train staff on new workflows.
