You will develop preventive maintenance, coordinate with trades, mentor technicians, and support continuous improvement across facilities operations, with hands-on tasks on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in facility maintenance and building operations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient with CMMS software and preventive maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing preventive maintenance schedules.
• Plan and direct maintenance tasks for HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems.
