Job summary

Veev, By Lennar in Hayward, CA is seeking an Industrial Engineer to join a compact, agile Manufacturing Engineering team. You will support production with new equipment solutions, optimize material flow, and implement NetSuite-driven processes on the factory floor.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration across design, procurement, EHS, and maintenance, hands-on problem solving, and data-driven analysis to keep the high-volume assembly line running safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in industrial engineering, warehousing or manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite WMS/ERP or similar systems and material workflows.

Responsibilities

• Material Flow & Storage Optimization.
• Lead warehouse layout and slotting initiatives to maximize utilization.
• Design, optimize, and maintain finished goods storage systems.
• Develop and maintain capacity planning models to forecast storage needs.
• Design end-to-end material pathways from receiving to shipping to minimize touches and bottlenecks.
• Manage external logistics loops and inbound/outbound schedules.
• Implement SOPs for warehouse transactions and inventory transfers.
• Train staff on NetSuite workflows and standard practices.
