The role requires a bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, 3+ years of multi-site experience, and hands-on skills in procedure development, warehousing standards, and project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years of direct industrial engineering experience in multi-site locations.
• Experience developing and documenting procedures.
• Advanced knowledge of warehouse operations, processes, and standards.
• Project management experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with 3PL team and Owned Sites to improve delivery lead times across distribution centers.
• Verify data accuracy with time studies, process mapping, and Lean tools.
• Optimize and maintain site layouts to improve labor efficiency.
• Engage in ergonomic workstation design, operations analysis, and visual dashboards.
• Apply value stream mapping, 5S, and root cause analysis to increase DC output.
