Job summary

Morgan Truck Body is seeking an Industrial Engineer in Morgantown, PA. You will lead labor standards and material routings, collaborate with Advanced Manufacturing on new product launches, and drive continuous improvement across processes and operations.

Responsibilities include time studies, BOM management, costing, and design for manufacturability. Travel up to 60% and leadership of an Offshore Engineering team are required commitments.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Leadership experience with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Labor Standards Development: Establish and optimize labor standards balancing safety, quality, and cost.
• ERP & Routing Management: Maintain accurate labor standards and material routings in the ERP system.
• Time Studies & Analysis: Conduct time studies to validate standards and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Product & BOM Management: Maintain bills of materials and item master data for new product launches.
• Costing & Estimation: Develop labor cost estimates and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Process Improvement: Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
