Responsibilities

• Lead industrial-engineering work to improve labor productivity, flow, capacity, and factory execution discipline.
• Develop and maintain standard work, routing logic, labor assumptions, and time studies for key processes.
• Analyze bottlenecks, WIP flow, layout, and center performance to improve output predictability.
