Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related discipline with 5+ years in an Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering role.
• Experience driving structured problem solving and process improvements in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and tools to drive waste reduction and standardization of work.

Responsibilities

• Apply Industrial Engineering fundamentals and Lean/Six Sigma to solve problems and drive improvements.
• Drive data-based decision making through data analytics and scenario analysis using simulation tools.
• Optimize material flow, standardize work, reduce lead times, and eliminate waste using Lean methods.
• Lead cross-functional projects to successful completion and own processes and outcomes.
• Coach and mentor associates on Lean methodology.
• Utilize software related to quality systems, ERP, MES, CAD, and statistics.
• Leverage supply chain knowledge to identify opportunities across end-to-end supply chain.
