in Flagstaff, AZ is seeking an entry-level Process Engineer to join our vascular graft engineering team supporting commercial manufacturing. You will work on sustaining and improving manufacturing processes, equipment, and product quality on the manufacturing floor. You'll lead technical projects, apply lean, GMP, and Six Sigma principles to reduce waste and variation, and collaborate cross-functionally with Quality Assurance, Regulatory, and Manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required.
• Strong application of engineering fundamentals and statistical tools for process development, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to organize work, manage priorities, and support multiple projects against timelines and deliverables.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, including influencing across functions.
• Identify critical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and contribute to risk-based decision making.
• Clearly document, communicate, and present technical work.
• Travel up to 5% is required.

Responsibilities

• Support existing manufacturing lines, maintaining fixtures, equipment, and SOPs on the manufacturing floor.
• Apply lean, GMP, and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and variation, and improve performance targets.
• Lead engineering projects with progress tracking and stakeholder communication.
• Design and implement fixtures, equipment, and tools to improve efficiency, ergonomics, safety, and quality.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing and assembly issues by data analysis and root-cause identification.
• Conduct equipment and process validations and verifications in support of production and regulatory needs.
• Partner with QA, Engineering, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Maintenance and other groups to drive solutions.
• Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and respectful team environment.
