Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and 2–5 years of relevant experience, especially in motor manufacturing. Key responsibilities include analyzing workflow, developing SOPs, and leading machinery validation.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience preferred in motor manufacturing or similar.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills required.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production workflow and implement improvements.
• Lead installation and validation of new machinery.
• Collaborate with Quality to ensure process capability.

Skills

Proficiency with PLC programming

Experience with robotics (FANUC, ABB, etc.)

Familiarity with CAD (SolidWorks/AutoCAD)

Understanding of Lean Manufacturing

Knowledge of motor manufacturing processes

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
