Job summary

Fenner Precision Polymers is seeking a hands-on Operations team member to support development of process standards and drive lean improvements across safety, quality and productivity. You will collaborate with multiple departments to implement 5S, root cause analysis, and cellular flow techniques, study operations processes for inefficiencies, and contribute to cycle time standards and work instructions.

Responsibilities

Support the development of process standards and analyze improvement opportunities using lean methodology to improve safety, quality and productivity.
Collaborate with multiple departments to perform Lean Manufacturing techniques and studies (5S, Root Cause Analysis, cellular flow).
Study and analyze Operations Processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
Conduct critical observations and provide feedback on process opportunities.
Drive development of accurate cycle time standards and contribute to Operations Work Instructions.
Other duties as assigned.
