Job summary

Fenner Precision Polymer (Fenner PRP) is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to lead site-level improvement projects and drive Lean initiatives. You will analyze processes, perform time studies, and develop cost-benefit analyses to inform upper management decisions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in manufacturing engineering, strong teamwork and communication, and a continuous improvement mindset.

• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and committed to continuous improvement.
• Demonstrates initiative and a positive, solutions-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-level improvement projects for cost reduction and profit growth.
• Perform time studies and Critical Observations to identify opportunities.
• Use statistical analysis to test and validate project solutions.
• Develop Cost-Benefit Analyses and present to upper management.
• Drive Lean process implementation and 6S controls.
• Support development of production targets and KPI tracking.
• Create Standard Work Instructions.
• Collaborate with Production/Operations to identify improvements.
• Complete Root Cause Analysis for out-of-control processes.
