Job summary

Nomad Global Communication Solutions (Nomad GCS) is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer III to design and optimize scalable production lines for vehicle assembly. You will develop feeder cells, balance lines by takt time, and drive labor utilization improvements.

The role requires time studies, lean know-how, and cross-functional collaboration with ISG, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain. On-site work is expected with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience with time studies, line balancing, and work measurement.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools and production economics.
• Strong cross-functional communication and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable vehicle/ product assembly lines.
• Develop feeder cells to support main line flow.
• Perform line balancing based on takt time and demand forecasts.
• Conduct time studies and labor utilization analysis.
• Assist in developing standard work documentation.
• Optimize material presentation and flow to point-of-use.
• Analyze and improve production capacity constraints.
• Travel as needed and support new product introductions.
