Job summary

Dunhill Staffing Systems is seeking an Industrial Engineer III to support the EMIC in Tukwila, WA. The contractor will work with Operations and support teams to build, modify, test and deliver the EMIC, focusing on committed work and production optimization.

Responsibilities include strategic studies, capacity planning, budgeting, forecasting, capital asset management, evaluating new proposals, and coordinating with program management and internal customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in an engineering discipline.
• 5+ years’ experience defining, developing, implementing, or improving production processes.

Industrial Engineer III - Manufacturing Industrial Engineer

6 Month Contract with Potential for Extension

Aircraft Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers Industrial Engineering organization is seeking an Industrial Engineer to support the Electrical Mechanical Integration Center (EMIC) in Tukwila, WA.

In this role the Industrial Engineer will partner with Operations and functional support teams to build, modify, test and deliver the EMIC. With primary duties focused on executing committed statement of work and optimizing the production system, additional duties will include strategic studies, capability and capacity planning, budgeting and forecasting, capital asset management, evaluating and supporting new business proposals, coordinating work transfer and coordinating with internal customers and program management.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
• 5+ years’ experience working in an engineering discipline.
• 5+ years’ experience defining, developing, implementing, or improving production processes.

Preferred Skills:

• Willingness to work in a fabrication/shop floor environment and adhere to safety requirements.
• Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Applications.
• Must be able to interact with employees to gather data for process improvements. This may include observing and documenting processes, and collecting data in manufacturing areas or in aircraft during various production phases.
