Responsibilities

• Provide analysis and input on physical layout design of workspaces for maximum flexibility and productivity.
• Analyze and implement ergonomics within Operations to enhance productivity and safety.
• Develop and test new processes and equipment, including designed experiments for process and quality improvements.
• Analyze, justify and implement special packaging projects including tooling and equipment setup.
• Collaborate in engineering design reviews and provide cost analyses for new equipment.
• Apply lean tools and methods and estimate effort for tasks.
• Analyze data to identify quality trends, root causes and corrective actions.
• Design custom tooling for specific applications.
