Qualifications

• Experience analyzing manufacturing processes, workflows, or production systems using data-driven methods.
• Experience leading or supporting process improvement or productivity initiatives.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Analyze processes to identify opportunities for efficiency, throughput, and utilization.
• Lead or support continuous improvement projects focusing on productivity, quality, capacity, and cost.
• Conduct cycle time studies, work analysis, and process evaluations to set baselines.
• Develop and optimize production layouts, methods, and workflows.
• Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Partner with Manufacturing and Quality to implement Lean tools and improvements.
• Support inventory control, production records, and performance initiatives through data analysis.
