Qualifications

The role applies visual management principles to enhance manufacturing line performance, communication, and operational control. Responsibilities include developing and implementing operational improvements and facility modifications; supporting safety and training programs; and collaborating with facilities engineers on planning and design activities.This role supports manufacturing operations within a regulated production environment, focused on optimizing processes, improving operational efficiency, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
