Job summary

Ingalls Shipbuilding, a division of HII, seeks an Industrial/Manufacturing/Systems Engineer in Pascagoula, MS for a full-time role on the 1st shift. No relocation assistance.

Occasional or hybrid telework available. Analyzes and designs sequence of operations and workflows to improve efficiencies in plant and production facilities and equipment layouts; develops and implements plans for cost control, inventory control, and production records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial/Manufacturing/Systems Engineering, or similar engineering discipline.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and designs sequence of operations and workflows to improve efficiencies in plant and production facilities and equipment layouts.
• Develops and implements plans for cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production records.
• Assists in planning and design of facilities and safety training programs.

Education
