Plexus Corp. is seeking a manufacturing-focused engineer to optimize processes and drive cost reductions through data-driven methods.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply analytical tools and ensure product requirements are met throughout Plexus' manufacturing stages. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of related experience, strong SPC capability, and proficiency with lab tools and measurement equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 1+ years of related experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and statistical analysis skills.
• Proactive with cross-discipline teamwork.
• Understanding Structured Design.
• Lab tools/measurement equipment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops Manufacturing solutions/Provide services that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy the customer's requirements.
• Utilizes appropriate tools and equipment to perform necessary work including creation, analysis, and verification.
• Demonstrates understanding of the full Plexus Manufacturing processes/ Product Requirements & Specifications as it applies to their role.
• Successfully executes responsibilities in adherence to Plexus' Manufacturing Processes.
• Produces comprehensive project documentation per project needs and quality/change management procedures.
