Job summary
RTX is seeking an Industrial Engineer I to support the Effectors factory portfolio in Camden to maximize throughput, improve efficiency, and deliver greater value. You will perform labor analyses, line balancing, capacity planning, factory layouts, simulations and project management to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or similar engineering discipline obtained by the start date.
- Experience with CAD software
- Ability to obtain and maintain ATF clearance and US security clearance before start date
Responsibilities
- Model factory operations with process flows, value stream maps, pareto charts and CAD drawings.
- Calculate resource utilization and throughput constraints.
- Apply Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Draft infrastructure improvement proposals for factory roadmaps and expansion plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects addressing obsolescence and growth.
- Support new production contracts and product integration efforts
