Job summary

Plexus Corp is seeking a manufacturing-focused professional to optimize production processes and deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and ensure adherence to process standards.

You will contribute to documentation, analytics, and equipment utilization while supporting quality and safety objectives across Plexus manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 1+ years of experience preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Develops manufacturing solutions that are high-quality and cost-appropriate to meet customer requirements.
  • Uses tools and equipment for analysis, creation, and verification.
  • Understands Plexus manufacturing processes and product specifications as they apply to the role.
  • Follows the company's manufacturing processes and change-management guidelines.
  • Produces project documentation aligned with project needs and quality procedures.

The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:


$58,100.00 - $87,100.00


Purpose Statement:

Leverage engineering expertise and analytical skills to optimize manufacturing processes at Plexus, fostering continuous improvement and cost reduction. Through collaboration with teams across the organization, strive to enhance productivity, quality, and safety, ultimately contributing to Plexus's commitment to delivering customer satisfaction and building a better world.


Key Job Accountabilities:


  • Develops Manufacturing solutions/ Provide services that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy the customer's requirements.

  • Utilizes appropriate tools and equipment to perform necessary work including creation, analysis, and verification.

  • Demonstrates a clear, discipline-specific understanding of the full Plexus Manufacturing processes/ Product Requirements & Specifications as it applies to their role.

  • Successfully executes responsibilities in adherence to Plexus' Manufacturing Processes

  • Produces comprehensive project documentation based on the needs of the project and in accordance with the quality and change management procedures and guidelines, as it applies to their role.


Education/Experience Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree with 1 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.

  • Intermediate Computer Skills

  • Intermediate Decision Making, Problem Solving Skills

  • Intermediate Verbal and Written Communications Skills

  • Strong Analytical and statistical analysis Skills; Statistical Process Control Software Skills

  • Proactive and ability to work in a Cross-Discipline team environment

  • Understand Structured Design

  • Ability to develop good working relationships with team members and customers

  • Lab tool/ test/measurement equipment experience preferred
