• Pair with cross-functional partners to scope and deliver hybrid projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code-review culture.
• Ship incremental improvements to the Fort Collins platform on a regular cadence.
• Configure and manage infrastructure as code across staging and production.
• Profile and refactor legacy code to reduce technical debt.
• Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and technology roadmap discussions.
