Job summary

adidas seeks an Industrial Engineer to identify, evaluate and implement improvements across processing, distribution, packaging and equipment within a Hybrid Distribution Centre environment. You will develop engineered labour standards, lead cost and productivity initiatives, and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.

Travel up to 10% may be required. Strong analytical skills, MTM/MOST knowledge, and experience with WMS and AutoCAD are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in a distribution centre environment.
• Strong MS-Office, Power BI, and reporting skills.
• Background in IE technology and project management.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Travel up to 10% domestically or internationally.

Responsibilities

• Apply IE principles to improve processing, distribution and equipment.
• Develop and maintain labour standards for DC functions.
• Identify opportunities to reduce cost and boost productivity.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
• Lead end-to-end small to mid-scale projects and track scope.
• Ensure compliance with adidas standards and policies.
