Formación

• 4+ years steering technology projects end to end.
• Experience delivering solutions with a focus on reliability.
• Ability to troubleshoot production incidents and implement fixes.
• Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams to ship features.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor mid-level engineers through first on-call period.
• Troubleshoot production incidents in Ruby-based apps.
• Wire Kubernetes APIs to data consumers for Bridgeport teams.
• Reproduce and fix human-first bugs from field reports.
• Configure and manage infrastructure as code across environments.
• Prototype and evaluate new Work Ethic ideas for the stack.
