Job summary

Ford Energy seeks an accomplished Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer to design and optimize high-volume production lines for grid-scale battery energy storage systems. You will shape labor standards, line layouts, and workstation balance, driving throughput and safety on a Greenfield site.

Candidate should have 3–5+ years in manufacturing engineering, solid CAD skills (AutoCAD), and experience with MODAPTS and manufacturing simulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 3–5+ years of progressive Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering experience in high-volume production.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MODAPTS, and manufacturing simulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and optimization of high-volume production lines and manufacturing systems.
• Drive labor standards, cell/module/pack assembly planning, and throughput improvements.
• Perform cycle time analysis and layout optimization to maximize CPM and plant throughput.
