Qualifications

• Experience with capacity planning and factory operational planning.
• Lean manufacturing principles applied to lab/manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency writing queries for data extraction and building dashboards.
• Experience with data analysis and modeling for lab or manufacturing optimization.
• Proven ability to manage projects and deliver results on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and optimize demand and capacity plans for lab operations.
• Build capacity models to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
• Design and implement a KPI framework for lab operations including throughput and utilization.
• Create automated KPI dashboards using Power BI, Python and SQL.
• Collaborate on QMS processes aligned with ISO standards and support equipment planning.
