Job summary

OSI Group is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Systems Engineer to design, develop, test, and evaluate integrated systems for managing industrial production processes. The role focuses on improving efficiency, cost control, and production coordination in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of related experience, strong Excel/Office skills, and familiarity with SAP. Domestic travel and a BA/BS in Industrial Engineering are preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS preferred in related field.
• Industrial Engineering and/or Operations Management would be a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in related field is preferred.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and evaluate integrated systems for managing industrial production processes.
• Increase production efficiency and process yield through people management, technology, and business organization.
• Develop control systems that help in analysis of costs and planning of finances for investments.
• Learn product requirements and ensure that they are met.
• Coordinate quality objectives with manufacturing solutions to maximize product reliability and minimize cost.
• Draft and design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency.
