You will establish labor standards, evaluate layouts, optimize workflows, and work cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and production teams to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the required quality levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing.
• Basic understanding of time studies and labor standards.
• Familiarity with Lean, 5S, or continuous improvement methods.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes to identify cost, quality, and throughput improvements.
• Develop standardized manufacturing methods and procedures.
• Establish labor standards using time studies and data analysis.
• Plan facility layouts, material flow, and equipment placement.
• Support ergonomic assessments and safe workstation design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes.
