Responsibilities

• Train teammates on RF processes and standard work.
• Own Next Level program documentation and skill acquisition tracking.
• Support labor forecasting and workforce planning with data-driven insights.
• Develop and maintain productivity standards for various warehouse functions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Customer Service, Inventory Control, Transportation, Program Management, and Sales to implement corrective actions.
