Job summary

ADUSA Distribution is seeking an Industrial Engineer to design smarter operations across a multi-building distribution campus, combining engineering expertise with strategic thinking to drive operational excellence.

In this role, you will partner with campus leadership and cross-functional teams to implement productivity improvements using activity-based costing, benchmarking, and time-study analytics. Your insights will influence business decisions and supply chain KPIs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience driving productivity improvements in distribution/logistics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain CAD drawings for complex, multi-building distribution campuses, translating business and operational requirements into facility layouts.
Analyze workflows and space utilization to identify opportunities for process improvements and equipment recommendations.
Develop, implement, and maintain engineered labor standards using MOST methodology and train teams.
Continuously evaluate labor models to improve productivity and respond to changing business needs.
Serve as the industrial engineering SME and partner for stakeholders in capital planning and operational decisions.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to support engineering requirements and permitting activities.
Partner with Operations and Finance to optimize incentive programs and validate performance metrics.
Build relationships with industry experts to stay current on best practices.
