Job summary

ADUSA Distribution in Schodack Landing, NY seeks an Industrial Engineer to design smarter operations across a multi-building campus and blend engineering rigor with strategic insight to improve productivity and labor programs. In this role, you will design facilities, analyze workflows, and drive cost-effective improvements that scale with growth.

You will partner with campus leadership to shape roadmaps, using activity-based costing, benchmarking, and time-study analytics, influencing decisions

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing and/or managing Engineered Labor Standards (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field (required).
• Project Management Certification (required).

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize facilities with CAD drawings to support distribution and growth.
• Align operations with campus design; analyze workflows and material handling needs.
• Build and maintain engineered labor standards using MOST methodology.
• Improve productivity by refining labor models and scheduling changes.
• Support capital planning and business case development with stakeholders.
• Assist site development: facilitate engineering requirements and permitting.
