Job summary

VF Corporation seeks an Industrial Engineer to identify, develop and implement initiatives that boost productivity, throughput and safety in VF's distribution centers. You will partner with operations and leadership to drive sustainable continuous improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial Engineering preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Aptitude for systems and systematic work.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

Identify and implement engineering initiatives to improve productivity, throughput, and safety in distribution centers.
Develop understanding of DC systems, including automation and WMS/WES/LMS.
Use data analytics to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
Propose enhancements to automated systems to improve service metrics and reliability.
Collaborate with management to develop and maintain cost-control systems and labor standards.
Support multiple buildings in the Americas region and drive cost reductions.
