VOSS Automotive, Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented Industrial Engineer to join our costing department at our North American Headquarters in Fort Wayne, IN. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 2 years of experience in manufacturing. Responsibilities include generating cost calculations, creating Bill of Materials, and collaborating with engineering departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering and 2 years' experience required.
• Experience with manufacturing and assembly processes is necessary.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Generate new part cost calculations and existing part cost calculations.
• Create and utilize Excel spreadsheets for complex calculations.
• Estimate production costs for new manufacturing processes.
• Create Bill of Materials and routings in ERP system.
• Investigate and correct ERP costing errors.
• Collaborate with Industrial Engineer Departments for cost estimates.
• Maintain cycle time and setup time tables for processes.
