Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from four-year college or university.
• Lean Six Sigma (green or black belt) preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business materials; write reports and manuals.
• Strong mathematical and statistical reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform productivity measurements consolidating equipment, lines, personnel, and processes to report efficiency daily/weekly/monthly.
• Identify inefficiency solutions through equipment integration and action plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize poultry processing line layout.
• Analyze deviations in yield and perform cause-and-effect investigations with management.
• Review headcount to identify adjustments to increase productivity of personnel and equipment.
• Analyze KPIs to evaluate process efficiency and product quality.
• Develop and update standard operating procedures for poultry processing operations.
• Drive training on industrial engineering, statistics, and lean manufacturing to improve processes.
• Support lean six sigma projects to secure savings as planned.
