This role offers training and clear progression within a dynamic manufacturing environment, with scope to contribute to site performance improvements and implement new machinery and technology.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production or industrial operations.
• Exposure to automation or highly mechanized environments.
• Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement experience.
• Experience with CAD, layouts or process flow improvement beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing and operational improvement projects.
• Improve production layouts, workflows and equipment utilization.
• Work closely with operations and engineering teams on site improvement initiatives.
