Job summary

Rise Technical is seeking an Industrial Engineer with automation experience to own site improvement projects in Stockbridge, GA. You will drive manufacturing and process improvements across layouts and workflows, with strong training and progression opportunities.

Lead initiatives from concept to implementation, collaborating with operations and engineering teams in a fast-paced environment. A background in lean and continuous improvement is preferred.

Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing, production or industrial operations.
Exposure to automation or highly mechanized environments.
Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement experience.
Experience with CAD, layouts or process flow improvement beneficial.

Responsibilities

Lead manufacturing and operational improvement projects.
Improve production layouts, workflows and equipment utilization.
Work closely with operations and engineering teams on site improvement initiatives.
